1 Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum data required to provide and secure the HubUI infrastructure:

• Account Data: Your email address, basic profile information, and authentication credentials.
• Infrastructure Data: API usage metrics, connection events, and dashboard analytics used solely for system health monitoring and billing calculations.
• Billing Data: Credit balance, usage charges, payment status, invoices, customer identifiers, and limited payment method metadata such as card brand and last four digits. We do not store full card numbers.
• Conversational Data: Audio streams and text transcripts generated by your end-users, collected only to route conversations in real-time and to display session logs in your dashboard. You may disable transcript storage at any time from your Agent settings.

2 How We Use This Data

Your data is used strictly to provide, maintain, and secure the HubUI infrastructure. We do not take ownership of your conversational data. We process it only to make your agents function.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not use your end-users' conversational data to train any AI models.

3 Third-Party Sub-Processors

Because HubUI is a routing infrastructure, we transmit necessary data to third-party providers to make the system work. These providers may include infrastructure, communications, analytics, authentication, and payment providers. They are bound by their own data protection agreements and are not permitted to use your data for purposes beyond delivering the service.

4 User Controls & Data Retention

You have the ability to toggle conversation transcription off in your Agent settings. If disabled, we do not store the text history of your calls.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to capture and store the audio and text of your own end-users in accordance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including any required consent or disclosure obligations for call recording.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at info@hubui.ai.

5 Data Controller & Processor Roles

HubUI acts solely as a data processor (or "service provider" under CCPA) on your behalf. You, the developer, are the data controller (or "business" under CCPA) with respect to any personal data of your end-users that passes through the HubUI infrastructure.

This means:

• You determine why and how end-user data is collected and processed through your agents
• You are responsible for providing any legally required privacy notices or disclosures to your end-users
• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from your end-users before collecting or processing their data
• You are responsible for responding to any data subject access requests, deletion requests, or other rights exercised by your end-users
• HubUI processes end-user data only as necessary to provide the infrastructure service to you, and for no other purpose

If you operate in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or any jurisdiction with data protection laws that distinguish between controllers and processors, these roles apply accordingly.

6 Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest to protect your data. Access to production systems is strictly limited and audited.

However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. You use the service at your own risk, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7 Children's Privacy

HubUI is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided personal data through your use of HubUI, you must notify us immediately at info@hubui.ai so we can take appropriate action to delete it. You, as the data controller, are responsible for ensuring your agents are not used to collect data from minors without appropriate parental consent where required by law.
